STEC Equipment welcomes Bryan Wood to the company as its new Turf Sales Representative for North and South Carolina. He brings with him more than 44 years of experience in the golf course and sports turf industry.
Wood began his career as a Golf Course Superintendent in South Carolina and later founded Commercial Turf LLC in 1988, a golf and sports turf renovation company. The company remains active today and is now operated by his son.
Throughout his career, Wood has consulted for and performed renovation work on some of the top golf courses and sports fields across the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico. His work has focused on improving turfgrass quality while helping superintendents and sports field managers make their work lives easier and more efficient.
Wood holds a degree in Turfgrass Science and has spent decades working directly with turf professionals to help develop practical solutions to their turfgrass problems. He performs site visits and consultation services and has experience addressing a wide range of turfgrass challenges.

In his new role with STEC Equipment, Wood will work with turf professionals throughout the Carolinas by providing equipment guidance, consultation, and support for maintaining high-quality playing surfaces.
