About Fellows Creek Golf Club
Situated 30 minutes west of Detroit, Fellows Creek was co-designed by renowned Michigan-based architects Bruce Matthews and his son, Jerry. Three nine-hole, par-36 golf courses treat guests to unique experiences:
• The 3,222-yard South Nine is known for rolling terrain and several elevation changes. Named among the ‘Toughest 18 holes in Southeast Michigan’ by The Detroit Free Press, the signature 208-yard, par-3 No. 9 features an uphill approach shot and creek running tee to green.
• The 3,241-yard East Nine presents entertaining challenges to all golfers of all abilities. Most notably is the 512-yard, par-5 No. 3 with its tree-lined fairway down the left and a two-tiered green that is guarded by a pond and flanked by bunkers.
• The 3,280-yard West Nine includes two reachable par 5s and long par 3s. The drivable 298-yard, par-4 No. 2 tempts golfers to go for the green but risk hitting into a tree-lined fairway and a creek 60 yards short of the putting surface.
Home to a fully-stocked pro shop, restaurant and elegant banquet room for up to 300 guests, the renovated clubhouse boasts views of the course and is a favorite for weddings, corporate outings and other social engagements. More information: www.fellowscreekgolf.com, 734/728-1300.
