Estero Country Club, the premier member-owned private country club in Estero – home to the Gordon Lewis-designed championship golf course and an Audubon Certified Sanctuary – has recently selected Bryan Roe, CCM, CCE as its new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
Bryan brings to his new role more than 35 years of club management experience, most recently serving in a similar position at Naples Lakes Country Club where he oversaw a muti-million-dollar golf course and pool and poolside dining renovation. Previously, Bryan was General Manager/COO at Wyndemere Country Club in Naples for 12 years as well as at Abilene Country Club and Riverhill Country Club in his home state of Texas.
According to Claire Comstock, President of the Estero Country Club Board of Directors, “We are proud to welcome Bryan’s leadership as we unveil our newly renovated clubhouse and celebrate the 35th anniversary of our club’s founding. Bryan’s proven track record of building and motivating club professionals will play an essential leadership role as we continue to provide exemplary service to our Members.”

Bryan obtained the Certified Club Manager designation (CCM) in 1999 and earned the Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation in 2013. Both designations are awarded by the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) and together represent the some of the highest levels of professional credentials attainable in the industry.
Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, saltwater fishing, scuba diving, hiking, and traveling. He has a deep interest in sports cars and is a member of local car clubs.
