Prime Source, a division of Albaugh, LLC., announced the promotion of Bret Corbett to the role of Product Development Manager – Turf & Ornamental. In this role, Corbett will be responsible for providing developmental, technical, and marketing support to the Prime Source specialty products commercial team for all current and new product introductions. He previously held the role of Technology and Field Development Manager – Turf and Ornamental at Albaugh. Corbett is currently completing his Ph.D. at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Plant & Environmental Sciences, with emphasis in Weed Science, and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
“Bret has been a tremendous asset to the Prime Source team since joining the company in 2019,” said Tim Stoehr, Vice President – Development and Marketing. “His technical, data development and agronomic skill, along with his understanding of the product development process made him a natural fit for this role.”
Albaugh has also announced the expansion of its North American marketing team with the addition of Krystal Maldonado as Marketing Communications Specialist. In this role, Maldonado will be developing communication programs to support Prime Source and Albaugh Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Valdosta State University. She previously held the role of Regulatory Specialist at Albaugh and resides in Valdosta, Georgia.
