Witt introduces improved custom laser cutting of designs, emblems and logos on durable metal waste and recycling receptacles

Witt Industries is pleased to announce the enhancements of its
abilities to create custom laser cutting of intricate designs into their
line of durable metal waste and recycling containers. When coupled with
paint colors to match any color scheme, custom laser cutting of logos and
designs reinforces a brand – transforming receptacles from mere repositories
for waste and recycling to site amenities for indoor or outdoor usage. This
new capability is ideal for facilities whose logos feature intricate
patterns or designs which are not practically replicated with other methods
due to complexity or costs involved.

Durable yet attractive, these receptacles are manufactured from prime
galvanneal steel and have various lid options available to suit particular
requirements including a single opening flat top, swing top, dome top, ash
top, and rain cap. Powder coated in silver, green, brown or black as
standard, or custom colors to match any PMS color, and finished with a
protective coated base, these unique, aesthetically appealing containers are
ideal for indoor or outdoor environments, including parks, schools, downtown
streetscapes, shopping malls, municipalities and more. Nearly any logo,
shape or design can be converted into a unique pattern to cover more than
90% of the receptacle. Witt’s experienced design and engineering department
will develop the product and generate a realistic rendering for customers
prior to manufacture.

Waste receptacles can be paired with a matching recycling unit to offer
highly efficient and aesthetically pleasing recycling & waste collection
stations. When the protective coated base is added, these containers feature
Witt’s 5-3-1 warranty.

“With custom laser cut designs, virtually any facility can match great looks
with unparalleled functionality and versatility. Even the most intricate
patterns can be replicated to create waste and recycling containers which
reinforce an established brand or help introduce a new one,” said Witt
President Tom Dorger. “Ideal for indoor or outdoor applications, the
possibilities for these custom laser cut cans are nearly endless.”
