Primera New Faces New Places

I am pleased to share exciting news about our Primera staff.

It is with great pleasure that I can announce that John Smith has accepted the position of Vice President of Supplier Relations.  Most recently, John served as Vice President of Commercial Technologies at Amguard, where just this past year, he led the Amguard team to record year.  John brings a unique background in finance, distribution, and supplier experience.  His relationships, respect, and success in our industry speak for themselves.  We are honored he chose to bring his talent to Primera, having seen the tremendous opportunity in store for our Membership.

Rachel Boehm, who has served our Membership for the past 9+ years, has accepted a tremendous opportunity with Primera member Heritage Landscape & Supply Group.  During her 9+ years, Rachel has been instrumental in all facets of the business, beginning with her role as Customer Service Representative to her most recent role as Director of Cooperative Services.  I owe Rachel a dept of gratitude for her patience and persistence in helping me learn about Primera and our industry.   And although she won’t be far, the entire Membership will miss Rachel’s passion for helping and supporting this Cooperative. 

In conjunction with Rachel’s new role, I’m incredibly excited to announce that Morgan Cothern has been promoted to the position of Cooperative Services Manager.   For the last six years, Morgan has worked with our Membership, continuing to help advance our key initiatives and provide world-class customer service to our Cooperative.  I’m excited to have Morgan’s knowledge and expertise in this expanded role to ensure we continue to deliver upon our strategic plan supporting our goals built upon our Pillars of Excellence.
