Situated in North Augusta, S.C., minutes from Augusta, Ga., Mount Vintage Plantation is a 27-hole semi-private championship layout that has been likened to nearby Augusta National by Golf Magazine. The long-term lease agreement officially takes effect Nov. 1 and further strengthens Integrity Golf’s network of stellar properties in the Southeast.

Among the other acclaimed public and private golf facilities under management by Integrity Golf are Forest Oaks Country Club and Tot Hill Farm in North Carolina, historic Capital City Country Club in Tallahassee, Fla., Golden Bear Golf Club in Windermere, Fla., and Olde Tennessean Golf Club in Bristol, Tenn.

Overall, Orlando-based Integrity Golf now oversees 36 golf facilities in six states (Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina).

“We look forward to partnering with the Mount Vintage Plantation members and the surrounding community,” said Integrity Golf CEO/President Gene Garrote, whose company is ranked among the “Top 25 Management Companies in the World” by Golf Inc. magazine. “We’re eager to start sharing our national expertise and complementing everybody’s ongoing efforts and stewardship with this first-class golf club.

Situated less than 30 minutes from Augusta National, Mount Vintage is a master-planned golf course community controlled by Apex Bank. Under the lease agreement, Mount Vintage Plantation’s Town Hall, comprised of tennis courts, pool and fitness center amenities, will continue to be managed by Apex Bank.

“Apex Bank is very excited to have Integrity Golf as a new partner in our world-class course,” said Brad Hailey, senior vice president of Apex Bank. “Mount Vintage Plantation will benefit greatly from Integrity’s experience and knowledge of the golf industry. After reviewing many options for the property, we are very confident that Integrity Golf is the perfect match for our long-term strategy for the asset.”
