GPA to broker sale of Stone Harbor GC

(Dec. 15, 2014) — Golf Property Analysts (www.golfprop.com) has been appointed the exclusive marketing agent for the sale of Stone Harbor Golf Club.

Stone Harbor GC (www.stoneharborgolf.com) is an 18-hole private club designed by Desmond Muirhead, just a few minutes from Atlantic City and the south Jersey beaches. The facilities at Stone Harbor, spread over 350 acres, include golf practice areas, tennis courts and an award-winning clubhouse that features two dining rooms and well appointed locker room amenities. Stone Harbor has been ranked among the “Top Ten” private clubs in New Jersey.
