CapillaryFlow Promotes Cory Blair to Sales Manager
CapillaryFlow is a global leader in drainage, moisture control and irrigation systems for golf courses, sports fields and equestrian arenas. The company has promoted Cory Blair from Business Development Manager to Sales Manager, effective August 1, 2026.
As Sales Manager, Blair will lead CapillaryFlow‘s sales team across all of its verticals, with a primary focus on golf. He will work with golf clubs, golf management companies, contractors and distribution partners to bring CapillaryFlow’s capillary systems to new venues. He is based in Marietta, Georgia.
Blair joined CapillaryFlow in 2021 as Business Development Manager. Since then he has expanded the company’s distribution network across North America. He has also strengthened CapillaryFlow’s relationships with the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA), the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA). He played a key role in launching Capillary Edgevantage, a tray-based system that builds and holds bunker edges as part of a Capillary Bunkers installation. He has also built strong working relationships with many golf management companies and the courses they operate.
Blair earned a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Soils, with an emphasis in Turfgrass Management, from Auburn University in 1994. In 2001 he earned the Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) designation from the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, and he still holds it today. He also serves on the board of the GCBAA Foundation.
Martin Sternberg, Founder and CEO of CapillaryFlow said Over the past five years Cory has grown our distribution network, deepened our ties with the golf industry’s leading associations and helped bring Edgevantage to market,” said Martin Sternberg, CGCS, Founder and CEO of CapillaryFlow. “He knows our customers and our systems from the ground up, and he is a really great person who is liked by everyone. He has earned this role, and he is the right person to lead our sales team.”
“Golf has been at the center of my work at CapillaryFlow, and it will stay my main focus,” said Blair. “Superintendents, architects and builders want bunkers and playing surfaces that hold up and are easier to maintain. I look forward to leading our team as we bring that to more courses and to every venue we serve.”
CapillaryFlow systems are installed at more than 1,500 venues in over 50 countries.
