Billy Casper Golf (BCG) – owner-operator of more than 150 golf courses, country clubs and resorts in 28 states – has named Kelly Searight National Sales Manager.
With over two decades of golf-industry experience, Searight will directly oversee group outings, tournaments, banquets and other events at select BCG properties. She will also assist BCG on-site and regional sales teams with lead generation, qualification and placement of functions sponsored by businesses, charities and groups of all sizes.
As part of the company’s revenue culture, Searight assumes a key role in BCG’s customer relationship management programs linked to its advanced marketing technology. She will work closely with Steve Simoneaux, National Director of Sales for BCG.
Prior to her new position, Searight was Director of Sales at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, managed by BCG for 10 years, where she produced more than $1 million annually in group business.
