UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Police said they are investigating an incident that occurred at the Penn State Golf Course maintenance building. Police said sometime between April 24 and April 25 somebody removed a golf cart from a fenced area. Police said the golf cart is valued at $6,000 and anyone with information should contact Penn State police. Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for a tip leading to an arrest.
