Willie Negroni Appointed President of Albaugh’s North America Region

Albaugh, LLC has named Willie Negroni as President, North America Region, effective October 20, 2025. In this role, Negroni will oversee all aspects of the company’s North American operations, including commercial, marketing, manufacturing, technology, finance, legal, and human resources.

With more than 26 years in the agriculture industry, Negroni brings deep expertise from roles in sales, branch and area management, and most recently, executive leadership. His experience will guide Albaugh’s continued growth and focus on delivering sustainable, high-performing solutions to customers.

Negroni earned a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management from Northern Arizona University. He and his wife will relocate from Arizona to Albaugh’s headquarters community in Ankeny, Iowa.
