Touchstone Golf Enhances Golfers’ Experiences with Noteefy Partnership

Touchstone Golf, a recognized leader in the golf course management industry, and Noteefy, known for its cutting-edge, automated tee time waitlist solution, have established a partnership.

Noteefy’s innovative technology will be implemented across Touchstone’s extensive portfolio of public golf courses to significantly enhance golfers’ experiences and revenue for participating courses.

Through Noteefy, golfers seeking tee times which are either fully booked or not yet available will receive personalized, real-time text and e-mail alerts when slots open due to cancellations or availability releases.  This allows them to promptly book tee times online, so they don’t miss opportunities to play.

“At Touchstone Golf, our mission is to be outstanding for our valued customers, and Noteefy helps us achieve that,” said Ashley Van Dissel, Vice President of Marketing of Touchstone Golf.  “Increased accessibility for golfers leads to better business performance for our courses.”

The Noteefy booking assistant is seamlessly integrated with Touchstone courses’ branding and point-of-sale / tee sheet systems.  This automation eliminates the manual nature of re-booking tee times, allowing staff to focus on higher-priority tasks.

“We are excited to support Touchstone by facilitating the tee time booking process, enabling customers to play more and search less,” said Jake Gordon, Founder and CEO of Noteefy.  “It’s rewarding to see courses fill a substantial number of tee times that would’ve otherwise perished.”

Research indicates that up to 20% of tee times are canceled and not re-booked, resulting in an average of $50,000 in lost revenue annually per golf course.  By leveraging Noteefy, more than 500 public courses and resorts, are addressing this issue and optimizing their topline potential.

Recently, Noteefy completed a successful seed capital round to accelerate the growth of its innovative platform. This investment will expand the company’s product offerings through AI integration across additional hospitality sectors with similar demand dynamics to golf.
