SiteOne Opens First Agronomic Center in Tennessee to Serve High-Volume Landscape and Lawn Care Professionals

SiteOne Landscape Supply has opened a new agronomic center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, the first in a series of facilities planned nationwide to help lawn care, landscape, golf and erosion control professionals access high-volume agronomic products faster and more reliably. The 25,000-square-foot center is one of several expected to come online this year, expanding SiteOne’s ability to support large-scale customers as their operations grow.

As a next-generation distribution model, these agronomic centers are designed to fulfill bulk orders of select high-demand products that exceed typical branch inventory, including seed, fertilizer, pesticides, and geosynthetic and erosion control solutions. The locations will operate exclusively as delivery-based facilities for customers within a three-hour radius. By focusing on specific agronomic products and targeted locations, the centers allow for deeper inventory levels and competitive pricing at scale. This model is built for professionals managing high-volume operations where timing, efficiency and supply certainty are critical.

“We’ve seen firsthand that as our customers grow, their needs change. In some cases, they outgrow the traditional branch model,” said Dan Carrothers, vice president of agronomic business development at SiteOne. “These agronomic centers meet customers at that next stage, whether they’re running two trucks or 30. As their needs shift to larger, more complex orders, we’re providing a simpler, more predictable and cost-effective way to manage high-volume demand.”

Additional agronomic centers are planned in key markets across the U.S., with three more expected to open before the end of the year. Together with SiteOne’s existing branch network, these facilities will give agronomic customers more flexibility by combining bulk delivery capabilities with the convenience of local branches for day-to-day needs.

“Our goal is to be the partner our customers can rely on from day one through every stage of growth,” Carrothers said. “Whether it’s a first purchase out of a branch or bulk orders at our agronomic centers, we’re building the capabilities to support them as their business evolves.”
