PENTAIR® SELLS ACCESS BOX PORTFOLIO TO HIGHLINE PRODUCTS®

Pentair (NYSE:PNR), a global leader in fluid solutions and technical products, announced today that it has completed the sale of its portfolio of turf irrigation, utility meter, roadway valve and curb service boxes to Highline Products, Inc. This sale is part of Pentair’s strategy to focus on fast growth, global opportunities that serve its core markets.
