Otterbine Introduces New Field Service Team For Next-Level Support

Otterbine Barebo, Inc., a global leader in aerating fountains and water quality management solutions, proudly announced the launch of its dedicated Field Service Team. This team is dedicated to elevating technical support and customer care across both domestic and international markets.

This strategic investment highlights Otterbine’s commitment to providing world-class service, faster response times, and expert technical guidance to distributors, contractors, and end-users worldwide. The Field Service Team will be led by Field Service Manager, Colin Buqueras, whose extensive background in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems equips him to deliver expert support. He is joined by Sean Claude, Field Service Coordinator, whose strong background in service coordination and technical support strengthens Otterbine’s commitment to exceptional customer care.

COLIN BUQUERAS

Colin Buqueras joins Otterbine as Field Service Manager with more than 15 years of technical and leadership experience. His background spans roles in field service engineering, industrial maintenance, and machine shop operations, where he specialized in troubleshooting, system optimization, and client training. Colin’s proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver reliable solutions positions him to strengthen Otterbine’s service capabilities for customers worldwide.

SEAN CLAUDE

Sean Claude joins Otterbine as Field Service Coordinator with a strong background in service operations and customer support. Known for his ability to manage requests efficiently and keep communication clear between clients and technical teams, Sean adds valuable expertise to ensure customers receive timely and reliable assistance.
