August 24, 2015 – The City of Neosho has a new leader at the municipal golf course.
Bill Mulkey has been promoted from within the Golf Course Department to the superintendent position. Mulkey has been working at the Neosho Municipal Golf Course for roughly a year. He says he’s looking forward to restoring the golf course to one of the premier courses in the area.
