NanoOxygen Systems Welcomes Jason Richter to the Company

NanoOxygen Systems, Inc. welcomes Jason Richter to the company as its new Sales Representative for the golf industry. He brings with him experience in both golf course construction and maintenance / operations. His experience as a customer of the NanoOxygen System oxygen and ozone ultrafine bubble technology positions him well to assist customers implement our technology for their courses.

Jason Richter began his career as a project manager for McDonald and Sons, a leading golf course construction company in the country. In his ten years with the company, he renovated over 30 courses around the country including prestigious courses such as Congressional Country Club (MD), Aronimink Golf Club (PA), Quail Hollow Country Club (NC), Card Sound Golf Club (FL), and Baltusrol Golf Club (NJ).  

In 2015, he shifted gears to explore internal operations at golf clubs and became an assistant superintendent at Card Sound Golf Club followed by the Polo Club (FL). In 2017, he joined Fisher Island Club (FL) as superintendent where he continues to serve as director of agronomy today. In his capacity as superintendent, his work focused on sustainable agronomic practices that deliver playability at an elite level.

He was able to pay for his entire system by substituting high DO treated pond water for potable water when watering-in his greens,” said Ronald Pote, President and CEO of NanoOxygen Systems. “He inherently understands how this advanced technology works and has seen the benefits across his golf course – and now can share that experience with our customers. We’re excited to have him join our team.”


Jason’s experiences building golf courses around the country, leading operation teams of more than 50 multicultural employees, and managing multimillion-dollar budgets makes him a unique and well-rounded expert in the golf industry. His achievements have drawn national attention with recent completion of Fisher Island Club renovation in 2026, involving successful full scale integrated NanoOxygen System, potable water integrated blending system, with recyclable subsurface drainage return.

Jason holds a degree in Crop & Soil Environmental Sciences, Turfgrass Management from Virginia Tech University. Class A GCSAA superintendent.
