Missouri River Plastics, an innovative manufacturer of plastic products produced for the golf car industry, announced today that they have acquired Accessories and Specialties Inc.
Accessories and Specialties is the largest manufacturer of golf car information holders in the world. It produces the holders in two different stylesthe Deluxe and the Millennium. They are made from non-breakable, UV-protected plastic and are the industry standard for durability.
The acquisition will help Missouri River Plastics expand its offerings while simultaneously increasing its customer base.
All products will now be available under the Missouri River Plastics brand name. The acquisition will not impact current customers of Accessories and Specialties.
“We strive to be able to meet all of our customers’ needs for plastic products while on the golf course,” said Crystal Gallery, general manager of Missouri River Plastics. “We are always looking for new products that our customers need and we are excited about the addition of the golf car information holders to our inventory.”
The Missouri River Plastics team is also excited to have Shannon Glaser, current president of Accessories and Specialties, join their office as a product manager. She brings more than 20 years experience to the MRP team.
“I am excited to join the Missouri River Plastics team and look forward to delivering quality and innovative products to our customers,” said Glaser. “I am confident that our golf car information holders will continue to exceed industry expectations.”
