Landscapes Unlimited Promotes Juan Lozano to Vice President of Irrigation

Golf course developer and construction company Landscapes Unlimited has promoted Juan Lozano to Vice President of Irrigation.

A 23-year veteran of Landscapes Unlimited, Lozano is one of the golf industry’s most respected irrigation experts.  Overseeing field managers, he also collaborates with irrigation designers, estimators and distributors; golf course architects; and owners of golf courses, country clubs, resorts and communities.

Lozano rose the ranks at Landscapes Unlimited from laborer to superintendent to project manager and now Vice President.  His breadth of experience benefited every course with which he has been involved, including the highly ranked Omni Homestead Resort, Broadmoor, Lost Canyon and Bighorn, as well as dozens of neighborhood courses with smaller budgets across America. Additionally, he worked on properties in Mexico and the United Arab Emirates.

“Juan exemplifies what it means to live Landscapes Unlimited’s values,” says Jake Riekstins, Chief Development Officer of Landscapes.  “Parlaying those values into his professional role while applying his institutional knowledge, Juan’s connection with the field assures confidence, competence and engagement translating into installation crews which are the best in the business.”

Landscapes Unlimited is widely known for its sophisticated project management framework that includes activity and resource planning, organizing and motivating project teams, monitoring time management and progress, cost estimating and budget development, analyzing and managing project risk, and ultimately realizing client satisfaction.
