Jim transitioned his golf facility management into a career in commercial property management with Price Management for a number of years. Most recently, Jim worked as a Director of Property Management for PEAK Real Estate Partners overseeing the management of their commercial portfolio.

Jim has always had a love for the game and the golf business, which played a significant role in his decision to return to the industry . He hopes to help strengthen the Maxim Golf mission and culture, which is known for its relationships and personal touch.

Jim and his wife (Sierra) reside in Independence, MO with their two children Jordan (18) and Alyssa (14). Jim enjoys traveling with his family, visiting his son at the University of Tulsa and thrifting with his daughter.

“Jim will be a key component in helping our property managers, professionals, and superintendents succeed and deliver on the promises we make to our Members, Patrons, and Management Clients”, says Minnis. “His leadership will enable our team to flourish in driving customer experience.
