September 14, 2015 – Integrity Golf Company has announced it is now overseeing Tiger Point Golf Club in Gulf Breeze, Fla.
The long-term lease agreement officially begins Oct. 1 and further strengthens Integrity Golf’s footprint in the Florida market. Orlando-based Integrity Golf now oversees 23 golf facilities in Florida, comprising the equivalent of 28.5 18-hole courses. Overall, the company numbers 34 golf facilities in six states (Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina).
The addition of Tiger Point also strengthens Integrity Golf’s niche as one of the leading operators of municipal courses. Other prized municipally owned facilities under management are Casselberry (Fla.) Golf Club, Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge in Orlando, Sanford’s historic Mayfair Country Club and Kissimmee (Fla.) Golf Club.
“We look forward to partnering with Gulf Breeze city officials and the surrounding community,” Integrity Golf CEO/President Gene Garrote said. “We’re eager to start sharing our national expertise and complementing everybody’s ongoing efforts and stewardship with this first-class facility.
“We have a number of other successful partnerships with various municipalities and public agencies and fully understand what it takes to thrive in this important aspect of golf. We’re excited about the future viability of Tiger Point as part of our growing network.
Nestled along the gentle shores of the Santa Rosa Sound near Pensacola, Tiger Point Golf Club features an 18-hole championship course with expansive views of the water. Designed by hometown hero and former PGA Tour player Jerry Pate, the scenic links-style layout features water in play on 14 holes.
