Green Island Country Club implements Payroll/HR Strategy with ClubPay

ClubPay (www.clubpayroll.com) announced today that Green Island Country Club of Columbus, GA will begin using ClubPay’s payroll and HR management solutions.

“We chose ClubPay because we felt that we had a one-on-one commitment to service and quality that we could depend on for many years to come”, says Kathy Windham, Controller at Green Island. Green Island initiated the evaluation of the pros/cons of in-house versus outsourcing payroll as the result of some upcoming staff changes.

ClubPay will provide Green Island with complete payroll processing services and an integrated HR management system. This will enable the club to process payroll easier, faster and less expensively than in-house processing. Many clubs are finding “smart outsourcing” to be a key strategy in maintaining their budgets without compromising service levels.

“With the economy continuing to be a challenge, clubs are being pressured to do more with less. In the case of Green Island, outsourcing payroll allowed the club to reduce labor expense, improve reporting and protect the club from unnecessary liability related to payroll and tax regulation” remarked Tom Howard, President of ClubPay.
