Golf Ventures and Helena Chemical Company Update Agreement

Golf Ventures continues to develop expansion strategies for the company’s core business in sports turf products in Florida and the Caribbean.  For the past 18 years, Golf Ventures has been an Agent of Helena Chemical and related turf products throughout Florida, a relationship that has been successful and productive for both entities.  Helena plant protectants and fertilizers have contributed greatly to Golf Ventures’ success.  As a result, a mutual benefit plan has been established for Golf Ventures to become a Dealer for Helena Chemical in Florida and the Caribbean, enabling Helena to develop its own sales activities according to Florida’s market conditions for turf products.  Golf Ventures will continue to enhance the company’s key focus – Customer Service.
