Frank Evagues Joins Rapidly Growing Signature Control Systems, Inc. as Institutional Sales Manager (Nov 10)

November 10, 2015 – Signature Control Systems, Inc. today announced the hiring of accomplished technical sales pro Frank Evagues as Institutional Sales Manager, focusing primarily on local governments and educational institutions in southern California and throughout the western United States.

“Frank Evagues has an extensive sales background and proven business development track record within the public sector,” announced Bob Finnegan, Signature’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “He knows how to navigate tricky government procurement processes to drive sales while providing tangible results for his clients.”

Adept at leading global sales teams particularly within the engineering, electronics and technology sectors, Evagues has developed strong relationships and secured product and service contracts with high-level, public sector customers throughout the United States and the world. This includes local governments and school districts nationwide as well as public and private sector clients in Russia, Brazil, Canada and Japan.

Signature has seen extensive growth in public sector sales activity in California as more and more of the state’s local governments, school districts and homeowners associations seek cost-effective ways to reduce water consumption. Just last month, Signature announced being awarded a contract with the city of Mission Viejo, California to replace roughly half of the irrigation controllers in that city’s parks.

The addition of Evagues allows the company to expand these public sector efforts not just in California but also throughout the west.

The 17-year business development and sales veteran earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Redlands. He also participated in the Institute of Economic and Political Studies program at Kings College in Cambridge, England.

Evagues and his family live in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.
