Exmark Receives Gold Level Award from Equipment Dealers Association

The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) recently named Exmark as a recipient of its Gold Level Award for 2016. This marks the second consecutive year that Exmark has received the award, which recognizes equipment manufacturers for achieving high dealer ratings across a number of categories.

“Achieving Gold Level status is an honor for Exmark,” said Daryn Walters, Director of Marketing at Exmark. “Our dealers are a vital player in the overall experience our customers have with Exmark and we work diligently to provide them with the support they need to grow their business. We are very proud of our dealer network, and receiving this award is a true testament of the dedication and hard work of all those involved.”

This year, more than 2,300 outdoor power equipment and agricultural dealers in the U.S. and Canada participated in the annual Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. The survey helps evaluate the relationship between dealers and their equipment suppliers in 12 key categories, such as product quality, parts availability, technical support, responsiveness, warranty, and marketing and advertising support.

“We are extremely pleased to have this opportunity to recognize Exmark for receiving exceptionally high overall ratings in this year’s Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey,” noted EDA president & CEO Rick Lawhun. “Congratulations to the management team and employees for achieving Gold Level recognition. Our dealer members greatly appreciate their efforts.”

Founded in 1900, EDA is one of the longest running trade associations in North America. It currently represents approximately 4,500 retail equipment dealerships and is committed to building the best business environment for equipment dealers.
