Ewing Opens 3rd Location in Virginia

Ewing Outdoor Supply is growing in Virginia, opening its third location in the state at 820 Poplar Hall Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502.

Ewing Norfolk will serve contractors, golf courses, school districts and government agencies in the Tidewater communities of Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach and Williamsburg, as well as communities south to North Carolina’s Outer Banks.

Ewing is the exclusive distributor for Rain Bird Golf in both Virginia and North Carolina.

“I began my career in the irrigation business in the Hampton Roads area, so I’m really excited to see Ewing expand our presence here,” Northeast Division Vice President Phil Kerchner said. “Ewing’s sales and logistic support is second to none, and we look forward to introducing both new and existing customers to the full Ewing experience. With more than 100 years of service to green industry customers, we’re proud that they think of us as a business partner rather than a supplier. They know they can lean on us for the materials and expertise they need to get the job done profitably.”

Ewing Norfolk is well-stocked with a quality irrigation, drainage, pumps, landscape and holiday lighting, landscape supplies, tools, edging, outdoor living products, mulch, fertilizer, chemicals, synthetic turf, golf and sports field products, and more from such top vendors as Hunter, Rain Bird, Landscape Products, FX Luminaire, Corona, Vista, EMPRO, Bayer, Unique, NDS and PBI Gordon.

Ewing’s commitment to its customers is highlighted by exceptional in-person service at the Blue Counter, online account management and loyalty rewards programs like ProAdvantage.

Small, mid-size and large landscape, hardscape and irrigation contractors, golf course superintendents and sports field managers all lean on Ewing for troubleshooting and jobsite solutions, turf-care advice, world-class educational workshops and continuing education courses, and business tools.

“We’re excited to show customers our full product offering of irrigation, lighting and landscape products, as well as our exclusive Rain Bird Golf line,” Regional Manager Scott Bennett said. “Branch Manager Ricky Meads and his friendly, knowledgeable crew are ready to help customers with all of their outdoor needs. No job is too large or too small.”
