Arborjet Receives ISO 9001:2015 certification

Arborjet Inc. is pleased to announce the company has received ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems, and NQA is the certifying body that conducted the lengthy evaluation and audit for certification.  Arborjet is one of the few “green companies” to receive this elite distinction, which verifies that a company’s methods of manufacturing a product or providing a service have been designed to ensure the highest quality outcome for the customer.

“As a company, we are honored to receive this certification. We began long ago, building systems in strategic planning, product development, operations and training, and education. I believe that when you combine these proven processes with exceptional talent and effort, you get a company worthy of this distinction. It’s important for our customers to see that an independent certification body recognizes how hard we work for them,” states Arborjet President and CEO Russ Davis.

Arborjet received a grant from the state of Massachusetts to work through the certification process, which was a rigorous, two-year-long commitment. Davis thanks “the state of Massachusetts, and in particular, Arborjet project leaders Zac Purinton and Bill Keogh along with our consultant Ed McFayden from QSG (Quality Support Group) who provided great leadership and worked in an extremely collaborative manner, across the organization.”

In addition to manufacturing, shipping, customer service, and sales, Arborjet has its own research and development team, two fully operational greenhouses, and large working outdoor gardens. Arborjet continues to “work with customers worldwide as they continue their pursuit to be leaders in environmental stewardship: to protect trees, to reduce overall water usage, and to provide products with people and planet in mind.”

Arborjet Inc. is the leading plant health care company, which for over 20 years has focused on providing the most effective formulations and delivery systems to protect trees, shrubs, and plants from a wide variety of insect, disease, and nutritional concerns. Backed by years of research, Arborjet provides the most effective and environmentally responsible treatment options available anywhere, with 5,000 service providers and over one million trees saved!
