Arborjet announces support of Xfinity Birds of Prey ski races in Beaver Creek, Colorado

Arborjet Inc. today announced the company will once again be a sponsor of Xfinity Birds of Prey Audi FIS Ski World Cup races in Beaver Creek, CO. Dec 6 – Dec. 8, 2019.

As industry leaders in plant healthcare and environmental responsibility, Arborjet’s mission is to develop the most effective formulations and delivery systems to preserve, protect and ultimately to save trees. Trees can help reduce the impact of climate change by reducing CO2 in the atmosphere and by absorbing stormwater runoff while providing many other important environmental and economic benefits.

“At Arborjet, we recognize that environmental responsibility and good stewardship are essential in sustaining our business, our customers and our planet. We are proud to sponsor this event, where they also value the importance of education and environmental sustainability,” said Russ Davis, President, and CEO of Arborjet Inc.

At this year’s event, Arborjet will launch an exciting, new campaign “Ski for a Tree,” the company’s latest initiative, which aligns with its highly successful Saving America’s Iconic Trees program to help preserve the country’s most treasured trees. They will be working in conjunction with Walking Mountains Science Center in support of their mission to raise awareness about climate change, and to broaden education within the mountain environment through natural science and sustainability programs.

Ranked as the number one overall race by the athletes and coaches who participate, the Beaver Creek Xfinity Birds of Prey Audi FIS Ski World Cup Super G, Downhill, and Giant Slalom races are scheduled for Dec. 6 – Dec. 8, 2019, with race week starting Dec. 3 – the first optional day of Downhill training. The festivities of race week are “Where Winter Begins” in North America. This year’s event is scheduled to include live music, ski films, parties, and much more in the heart of Beaver Creek Village.
